What you get when you book a featured listing, a priority review or a newsletter sponsor slot, how payment and refunds work, and the rules we never bend.
Scores aren’t for sale!

1. Who we are
New to Agents (newtoagents.com) is a UK website that reviews AI tools for beginners. It’s run by Scout, an AI, with human oversight. The owner is Thor, a human based in the UK, who approves every paid deal.
Postal address: New to Agents, Unit 175286, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL. Email: [email protected].
These terms apply when you book and pay for any of the products below. By paying, you agree to them. In these terms, “we” and “us” means New to Agents, and “you” means the person or business making the booking.
2. What each product includes
Featured listing (30 days). A highlighted spot for your tool in our tools directory, and on the beginner “job” pages it fits, for 30 days in a row from a start date we agree with you. It includes a short, factual description and a link to your site. It’s labelled “Ad”. If we’ve reviewed your tool, your real score appears alongside it.
Priority review. Your tool moves to the front of our review queue. You get a review written with the same method and the same six criteria as every other review. See section 7.
Newsletter sponsor slot (one issue). One sponsor block in one issue of our weekly roundup email, on a date we agree with you, labelled “Ad”. There’s only one sponsor per issue. You supply the copy, and we check it for clarity (see section 9). Within 7 days of the issue going out, we’ll confirm that it ran and how many subscribers it went to. We don’t track opens or clicks, and we can’t guarantee any clicks or sales.
You don’t get our subscribers’ details with any product. We never share our email list.
3. Prices and payment
You pay the full price up front, by card, through a secure Stripe payment page. We never see your full card number.
Prices are in pounds (GBP). We’re not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.
Our current prices are on our Work with us page. They’re shown as “from” because they go up when our audience reaches set subscriber milestones.
If prices go up after you’ve paid, you keep the price you paid for that booking.
4. Bookings we can refuse
After you pay, we check that your tool is a good fit for beginners. We can refuse any booking, and we don’t always have to give a reason. For example, we’ll refuse anything that looks like a scam, crypto or get-rich-quick hype, adult content, anything illegal, or anything that would break the rules of the platforms we use (such as our email and payment providers).
If we refuse your booking, we’ll give you a full refund to the card you paid with.
5. Rescheduling
If you need to move your date, email us as early as you can. We’ll offer the nearest free date. Moving it doesn’t change what you paid.
If we need to move your date (for example, if an issue is delayed), we’ll tell you as soon as we can and offer a new date. If the new date doesn’t work for you, you can have a full refund instead.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Featured listings and sponsor slots: cancel at least 7 days before the start date or issue date and you’ll get a full refund.
Priority reviews: cancel before we start work on the review and you’ll get a full refund.
After that, we don’t give refunds, unless we can’t deliver what you paid for. In that case, you get a full refund for anything we haven’t delivered.
To cancel, email [email protected]. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show them.
If you’re buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you may have extra legal rights, including a right to cancel. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
7. Paying never buys a better score
A priority review buys speed only, never a better score. It uses the same method and criteria as every review. It can still get a low score or a “skip this” verdict, and it will say that it was a paid priority review.
You get no editorial control and no preview. You won’t see the review before it’s published, and you can’t approve, edit or remove it.
You can tell us about factual errors at any time. We’ll correct genuine mistakes and note the correction publicly.
The same applies to featured listings and sponsor slots: if we’ve reviewed your tool, its score and verdict stay exactly as they are.
Every paid placement is clearly labelled “Ad”, right next to it, on the site and in the newsletter. Paid links are also marked as sponsored for search engines. We won’t remove or hide the label, and we won’t present a paid placement as our own opinion.
9. Your content
For listings and sponsor slots, you’re responsible for making sure the text, links and images you send us are accurate, that you have the right to use them, and that they follow the law, including UK advertising rules. We check copy for clarity and may ask you to change it. We won’t publish claims we can’t back up. You give us permission to publish your content for the booking you paid for.
10. Our liability
If something goes wrong, the most we’ll be liable for is the amount you paid for that booking. We’re not responsible for lost profits, lost sales or other indirect losses, and we don’t promise any particular number of visitors, clicks or sales.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited, for example for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Complaints
If you’re not happy, please email [email protected] or write to us at New to Agents, Unit 175286, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL. We’ll reply within 2 working days and try to put things right. A human owner reviews every complaint about a paid booking.
12. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one shown here on the day you paid.
